1. Client Requirements for Dovico Timesheet
A Client Device with a Compatible Browser
Supported Browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari for Mac/iOS
2. Conditions Impacting Service Availability:
The following conditions are not covered by Dovico’s service guarantees:
- Issues caused by Customer’s or third-party hardware, software, or services.
- Downtime or errors resulting from Customer actions, inactions, or unauthorized access through Customer’s equipment or credentials.
- Continued use of the service despite guidance from Dovico to modify usage.
- Intermittent downtimes lasting less than 30 minutes.
- Downtime associated with beta testing, trial offers, demos, or early access programs as determined by Dovico.
3. Maintenance Windows:
- In your region, weekly maintenance occurs between 11:00 PM Tuesday and 2:00 AM Wednesday. Minimal service outages may occur during this time.
- Notification will be displayed on the login page if the service goes offline for maintenance.
