Dovico uses different terminology than QuickBooks for some key elements, but you can easily customize Dovico Timesheet’s terms to match your accounting language (e.g. “Client” → “Customer”).

Installation Steps
1. Purchase QuickLink
- See QuickLink Pricing or purchase directly in-app from the Dovico Timesheet menu (Setup > Plans & Licenses).

2. Follow Setup Instructions
- Setup/Help documentation (PDF)
- Administrator API tokens are required. Enable these via:
Menu > Setup > Database Options > API
(If you don’t see this option, your company may be using a version that doesn’t support API access.)

- Dovico Timesheet subscription (Hosted Only)
- QuickBooks Desktop (2010 or newer)
